Evil Minds Clash! This week, we have seen much bickering and nitpicking between our evil factions. Tensions, jealousy, and the acquisition of new members seems to be stretching our plot makers thin. Perhaps they will be so busy fighting each other, that we will have little to worry about for our precious guild? Well, one can hope. On the "Turkey Front", drew_trikey has been having a long week. We all love our evil Turkey, and enjoy his banter and joviality. Unfortunately, tensions did get stretched, as he was seen stuffing his new "Team Turkey" shirts down redsuperblast's throat early in the week. An amazing display of temper that he normally controls quite well. We do hope that eventually he will come back over to the "good side", and evil or no, he's still a favorite around here! We at SBG hope this week is better for him, and want him to know that he is always welcome to come back to us normal people if being evil stops being fun. ;) Waddle and his duck army finally began the first stages of their revolution! Waddle was caught sending Ducky spies to several people, including illianatgd, ejahn, pumpkynpuppy, and more! Many of his spies were removed immediately, some in pieces, but the one sent to Tay has been released back into the wild. When asked about these little spies, and the cruelty inflicted upon them by Waddle, he only answered, "My ducks will give their life for the cause. They got what info they needed." *Shudder* This kind of evil needs to be stopped. We are glad that Her Majesty Ejahn is keeping a close eye on this horrible individual! And what could he possibly want from a fellow evil plotter, like the evil coconut? Worried perhaps that she is being a more effective evil person than he? We cannot really say. He does seem to be a little nervous when she is around. We'll keep you updated as this interesting development unfolds! Thanks to a loyal member, elladan1, the evil coconut pumpkynpuppy has admitted to one of her many plots. Nothing less than the takeover of the USA's White House! A telling quote caught by this brave member was made by the evil lady herself, "I've already infiltrated it. This will just be the final step in the execution of my plans." Where will her madness end? Who will stop her? We do have a few more clues to her behavior though for you would-be heroes. According to those close to her, we will know when she is about to take over, as her eyes will glow red. Also, she claims there is no possibility of being redeemed. Another shocking quote from her includes this bit of info., "Plotting? Me? That's a natural life function. I can live without breathing, but can't survive for more than a few minutes without plotting. Part of the coconut anatomy, you know." It would appear that there will be no saving this one. Thankfully, the sheriff falconaire12388, honest member elladan1, and a few loyal followers to her majesty, are keeping tabs on this dangerous nut! |

- Birthday Shop Admins - Freelancers Midniteir Has Close Call at Home! If you haven't seen the happy face of midniteir lately, there's a darn good reason for it. On the 15th her son was hit by a car. He is ok, but had to have surgery that night to put together a badly broken femur. Midnite is staying with him at the hospital until he is alright to come home, and then will be a little busy taking care of the poor guy. We wish them both the best, and hope everything turns out ok for them. Big Hugs from the SBGN Team! Finger Facts! After a nasty finger accident where a 12-pack of soda dropped on his pinky, paladin_mike was left with a half of his nail hanging from his finger. Being the wonderful members that they are, many friends offered their condolences and comforting words...along with a few stories of their own! It seems fingers are a dangerous thing to have. For instance, ecslpgcecs had a friend whose finger was shut in a door and lost the whole nail; paladin_mike saw someone slam their finger and it almost fell off; elladan1 smashed his finger between two rocks and lost his nail. Let this be a lesson! Keep your fingers on your mind at all times. We hope Mike's finger does feel better soon. It truly did sound painful and awful to go through. Elladan Gives Moving Speech! Although a man not known for showy displays, Elladan
surprised everyone with a touching speech on the board on the 19th, his one
year anniversary. SBGN has obtained a copy of his speech, and as an
exclusive we show it to you now: "OK... I'd like to thank everyone for
confusing me for a girl at one time or Guild Travelers! Two of our members have big plans for this weekend. Pumpkynpuppy will be gone all weekend on a trip to Baltimore to see a "special" someone. And the graceful, but suspicious, ibwillow will be taking a trip to North Carolina with her lovely family. All in all, it will probably be a little safer on the board for all this weekend. Hehehe! However, her majesty's secretary Willow should be home sometime today. We do hope they enjoy their trips, and come back safely to us. Agent Gives Himself Up! The guild sheriff, known for his fair but strict treatment of members, has admitted to being an Evil Plot reporter! Message Board Etiquette We have a lot of members on the board who are rather new to the whole "message board' thing. Therefore, I have compiled a list of things to remember when chatting on the boards... DO - Remember that at the end of each mysterious name you see on the board is a person with feelings. Try to keep the drama off the boards, and keep it friendly. DO - Have fun, but remember that the board is a place to help people as well. If someone has a quest and can't find the item in one of our shops, then look it up for them. DON'T - Slapping, hitting, punching, or generally hurting people, even in fun, on the boards is a no-no. Although you haven't really hit anyone, it is nasty to read, and makes people uncomfortable. Tackle hugs are still ok. :) DON'T - Use fonts that have a shadow, are bright enough to blind people, or look all fuzzy. Keep these for the chat boards on Neopets (if you must use them), and off the guild board. We have many older members who simply cannot read those fonts and won't answer fonts they can't read. Having to highlight someone's font is not the other persons responsibility, and is a pain in the patootie. I won't do it. So if I miss your really funny quote for the paper because of it, don't blame me. ;) DON'T - Ask for neopoints, items, or whatnot. If you have a quest, simply type in that you have one and the item you need. If you have a gallery, great! Don't ask for items for it though. Mention you have one, and what you are collecting only once if you want to share it, but don't expect a flood of items for it. It is your gallery, and many members have galleries they have to support on their own. Answering questions about your gallery is ok though. DON'T - Use the board for ads. If you want to offer an item to our members to buy, type your message once and that's it. Ads for shops/sales/etc., should be on the Neopets "For Sale" board, not the guild board. Is the Turkey migrating with
the Duck, or is the Duck just nibbling the Turkey? This week has been pretty quiet for our Evil Masterminds. Could they be concocting new and even more evil pursuits? Are they attempting to wrest the secrets of our beloved queen through some new dark agent? Or is it just that they had a lot of homework to do? We shall see... A surprising move by the Turkey has everyone asking where will this lead? It seems he has given up the T-shirts, and decided that leading an evil group is not for him. Instead, he has proposed joining with Waddle's Revolutionaries! Not surprisingly, Waddle has, at this point, rejected his application. A quote captured from the duck stated this, "I have not claimed nor am I working with anyone. I only said I will stop all actions for an Icy Battle Duck. " It seems that Waddle is becoming paranoid in his Ducky Lair and is certain it is just another way for Turkey to infiltrate his ranks and steal his best operatives. This is the problem with evil masterminds. They think too much, and never get anything done. Thank goodness. Waddle's Revolutionaries are no longer revolting, although they still smell bad. They have gone quiet all of a sudden, and have not made any further moves to steal Waddle's File from her majesty's offices. Perhaps they are too busy putting in the new security systems that Waddle seems to suddenly need everywhere. Let us hope that this paranoia keeps them busy, and out of the plotting pot for a while. The Evil Coconut has a new love interest, and it seems to be melting her shriveled brown heart. Or is it? This week, pumpkynpuppy got her new server and is currently setting herself up in the web hosting business. Could this be the first step to world domination? Is she attempting to get people to join her in a more insidious way than before? We will keep updating you as her hosting business progresses. Maybe this new love will bring her back to the good side...but knowing the Evil Coconut, we doubt it.

Freelancers New Shop Admin/Council Member! This last week we have added a new council member to the ranks. The beautiful obisan69 has accepted the keys to the Quest Shop and will be assisting Waddle in keeping up with all of our Quest needs. We can only hope that Obisan's class and responsible nature will rub off on the duck, but are not holding our breath. Along with her new status, she has been granted the rank of Stock Advisor. Congratulations go out to Obisan for her new appointment! Welcome Back! A month long illness kept her from us, but serena_mia is now back and ready for action! Be sure to say hello if you see her. Serena is in charge of the Guild Battledome Tournaments, is on the Guild Council, and is one of the nicest people you could ever meet...out of the battledome anyway. Welcome back to Serena, and glad to know you're feeling better. Guild Battldome Tourney is Postponed! Our tourney was scheduled for February 28th, but Serena has
bowed to the wishes of many members and decided to postpone it. When asked
about the change, Serena was quoted as saying, "The impending Meridell war
is the main reason for the postponement. Please check the battle shop for
tournament updates. We'll be sure to keep you posted. Neomail me or the
battle shop if you have any specific questions. Sorry for the Un-birthdays?! Due to his mysterious nature, Yoda has decided he will not share his birthday with anyone. So, a few strange guild members decided to throw a rather unusual "un-birthday" party for Yoda on Leap Year Day (29th of February). There was much celebration and silliness on the boards, and Yoda appeared to be extremely moved by it all, or was he just having a movement? In any case, we hope it was a very eventful and happy day for the Green Guy, who is so busy working on Survivor at the Forums that he has had little time to do much else lately. Happy belated Un-Birthday Yoda!

Protect Yourself! This has been a sad week for the SBG. Six of our members, and a non-member many know, have been robbed. Their stocks were sold, most had their bank accounts emptied, and some even lost the nps in their tills. Although it could have been a lot worse, we would like to prevent this from happening again, if we can. The first thing you need to remember, is that you should NEVER use the same password on all of your sites. Have a different password for each one, and be sure it is a jumble of letters/numbers/symbols rather than words. WRITE them down on a piece of paper, rather than on Notepad on your computers in case of a crash, and hide it in a safe place! Now that you have that taken care of, be sure you use a different email address for Neodaq than you do for Neopets. Why? So any scammers that know what they are doing do not get a hold of that as well. Don't go to any off-site area through a link given to you by someone you don't know or trust. You never know if it is a "cookie-grabber" site, or crack site. Thanks to amanda_finch you can learn about those HERE. Don't let people into your accounts to help you score higher on games, do better with RSing, or anything like that. The only person who should be given access to your account is YOU. Surprise! - RUFIOHO - The SBGN News team wants to point out one of our wonderful members this week. Our stalwart member rufioho has been with us since August 11th of last year, and is a delight to have in our midst. He was the first "victim" of the hacker, but despite that has been active, upbeat, and a great help to many. He is an inspiration to anyone who has ever been dealt a bad hand, and gets a big "kudos" from us for his terrific attitude, and quiet intelligence. I've Got a Nasty Bag This week, the evil scene was dominated by her evilness, pumpkynpuppy. Using shameless promotions for her cause, offering incentives that would make Donald Trump stand up and notice, and generally letting everyone know that she is definitely not going to quit anytime soon. Bringing her evil plot to overthrow our lovely President out into the open is a huge step up for the coconut from heck. In the past she has tried to hide her plotting, possibly in hopes that she would not be discovered by the President and her loyal friends. Now, however, the kid gloves are off. In a fairly open way, the Coconut claimed, "Tay thinks just because I'm in love I'm going to abandon my plans for a revolution. Little does she know I'm slowly drawing him into my plot as well." This was said right in front of the President, and was duly noted by SBGN's faithful reporters. Later that evening, she was once again touting the glories of being a member of her plans. In her own words, "I assure everyone...the rewards for the loyal ones will be rewards unmatched and unseen heretofore." She offered positions to three new candidates, but only the beautiful obisan69 took her up on her offer. The steadfast editor Tay refused, while the corrupt secretary ibwillow turned her down as well. The options package was hard to refuse! Here are some of the high points:
All in all, not really a bad deal, if you can take the mistrust, ridicule, and lack of respect that also comes with it. She has even rented a member who said he could not be bought! Young leo68fd, known as Luke, agreed to be rented for 5k a month. In return, he would be her eternal servant. This may or may not be a good thing for her, as he appears to be an unstable minion at best. PKP appears to be upping the ante, and holding a few aces. Can our queen draw the right cards and royally flush her? We shall see. The Waddle Revolutionaries are holding off for now. It appears that choosing school is taking a big cut in time. Waddle was heard telling a friend, "My revolution has gone on the back burners because of trying to get scholarships and working... It is not gone yet though." We will keep you updated as the daffy ducky continues his ill fated plan.

Freelancers The Pack is Back! After an extended absence wandering the lands of Neopia, packermon has returned to us! He assures us that his fabulous "Jeopardy Quickie" contest will be returning, and is very thankful to be home. A heartfelt quote made the day of his return included this little gem, "I felt so alienated when roving about by myself. It's so wonderful being where I belong, right here." Welcome back packermon! Is Willow Waivering?! That sly secretary is becoming more and more bold everyday! Not only has she openly admitted to being corrupt, but has recently been caught on tape saying, "...as you can clearly see Majesty.. I will always be faithful to you. (*Thinks to herself* Until someone finds my actual price). " Clearly this is one secretary who is going somewhere...we just can't say where with children around. ;) Restock Redo?! One of the most fun things of being a reporter for this guild, is subtly torturing our fellow guild members. This is not subtle, but is much more fun! One of our favorite members, dungeonmaster266, is well known for his ability to handle restocking. He has been known to tease poor miramis unmercifully when she has gotten banned. However, this time the shoe was on the other foot! DM266 was restock banned, and begged for the information not to be released to his previous victim. Her majesty kept her word. She did not outright say it happened, but she hinted enough that Miramis eventually got it out of him. We hope Miramis gave as well as she got, and that DM266 knows that we'll be watching him for any more bans in the future. Editor on Auction! A rather silly display of fellowship and friendly competition took place Tuesday evening when the evil coconut pumpkynpuppy decided to auction Tay off to the highest bidder! The bidding was slow to start, but quickly picked up. Bidders included obisan69, frost21_00, elsakoo, matterbug_spiff, and elladan1. However, the winner was none other than falconaire12388 for 25k which he promptly donated to the Chance Shop. Why anyone would want a rundown, spoiled, cranky, greedy whiner like Tay was beyond the rest of us, but we were happy to see the Chance Shop receive these much needed funds. Apparently Falcon has also decided to make a bit of profit, as he did offer elsakoo a re-sale value on his Tay. His price? A million nps, if paid in increments, OR 900k if paid all at once. When asked about this new decision, Falcon was said to have stated, "Well, yeah, I appreciate her, but if I can make a profit, she's gone." Ah well, I guess you win some and you lose some. |

Politics on the Board There have been quite a few members who keep forgetting that one little magical rule on Neopets. You know, Rule #12 that says, "Do not discuss religious or political views anywhere on Neopets." While I am the last person who will tell you that your views aren't important, because they are, I also know that we have players from all over the world in our glorious guild. So even though you may not mean to, you might just be stepping all over their views. Neopets makes it quite clear. There are no questions about wording, no hidden messages, it's pretty simple really. Keep your political views off the board! I would hate to lose all we have here because someone did not heed this warning. Surprise! - TRI - The SBGN News team wants to point out one of our wonderful members this week. The beautiful and mysterious 3sska (aka Tri) has always been a very active member of our wonderful guild, but has been hampered lately by her lack of computer access. Despite this setback, she has tried to remain active, help members with their questions, and generally be as open and helpful as she can. We salute her for her perseverance in the face of this daunting obstacle, and hope she is able to get online full time again soon. Congrads on getting the "Member of the Week" 3sska!

Missing Evil? The evil trio has not only been quiet, but for the most part they are simply...missing! Are they currently hatching some dastardly scheme to wrest the guild from the reign of our wonderful President? Or are they so wrapped up in Real Life that their plots are simply falling by the wayside? Whichever it is, it has certainly been a slow news week on the evil front. Sorry all, everyone has been, well, good this week.
The ENT At War? Just because our evil threesome are not stirring up trouble, doesn't mean that trouble doesn't continue to rear its evil head! From the bowels of the Neopets drawing room comes the Meridell vs. Darigan War. A war that, for once, was actually started on time! That should have been the first clue that something wasn't right. The next surprise was the immense amount of lag that developed while the battle-lust took over all of Neopia. Pages weren't loading, nps and scores weren't being recorded, a nasty shake up of our faith in the glorious ENT servers was well underway...and the war was just beginning! Another new twist on the war this time around is that the invading forces are only being released in small numbers, and at extremely odd times. More than half of Neopia was unable to fight the Second Wave of Skeith Soldiers because the Neopets Team released them so early in the morning that only a select few were able to battle the small amounts released. They were here, and then gone before Meridell knew what hit them. While it is true that they did re-release some guards, there just weren't enough to go around. If the war continues in this way, either we're in for a server collapse, or the Neopets Team may well end up with a mailbox full of nasty notes about the way it has been handled since they started it. I, for one, say there was already a war against Darigan. They won fair and square. Instead of moaning about how they didn't think Darigan would win so weren't prepared for it, why not let the poor Meridell and Darigan citizens learn to live in peace. Is it that hard to create a story where this can happen, instead of a whole new war that has not been planned well, and is quickly going to pot? Only time will tell. Until then, we wish all of our battlers well, and hope you all kick Kass!

Freelancers Hero at Home! It was a cool Spring evening when rufioho's brother began having his terrible seizure. One that lasted a terrifying 40 minutes before help could arrive. Despite his fear and desperation, rufioho had enough sense to dial 911 and get his brother the help he needed! His brother continued having trouble in the hospital, but is doing better now, though he still has not been released as of the writing of this story. We wish to say to rufioho that this act of heroism was very brave, and not to be taken lightly. I, as editor and a member of this wonderful guild, am proud to have someone with such a heroic streak, and a clear head, amongst my list of friends. Ejahn's Nickname Game! Apparently her President-ness has been bored this week. She has come up with a new idea to stir the blood of the guild and its members. Here are her words for you to ponder, "Hey, maybe we could just call dungeonmaster "CWG" (crazy Welsh guy) ... that would take away some of the confusion between DM and DM5." Later she was quoted as saying, "...or we could go back to calling DM5 Fluffy!" It would appear that due to the lack of organized evil activity this week, she has decided to fill the void herself. We will let both DMs decide. Robbed! As if poor ansky225 didn't have enough on her mind with her new job, the Quest Card Shop contest, planning her wedding, redoing her kitchen, and just being her lovely self, something terrible had to happen just when things started to look like they were falling into place. On Friday her mom's home was robbed. Thankfully, no one was hurt as they weren't home at the time, and the animals are ok, but it shook everyone up pretty badly. Here is a quote from our beloved lady, "(They took) her digital camera, her best diamond necklace and earrings... her jewelry box full of costume stuff, but not her good stuff hanging on the wall. They left all the stereo equipment and computers - they didn't even go in that room. They left my silver trumpet, but took the lock box that had my foreign coins in it (Japan, France, etc)... They left all the wedding stuff (Thank god!!) They didn't break anything - my ceramic horses and figures, etc. The dog and cats are ok. Mom and my stepdad weren't home so they're ok too. The only thing they broke was the basement door. We don't know how they did that, we haven't been able to open that door in about 10 years!" We are very thankful that no one was injured, but we do hope, for our fellow guild member's sake, that this criminal is apprehended, and that nothing like this ever happens again. There is one happy thing that we can say has happened to make her week a little better. She finally got her beautiful engagement ring! Congratulations on your upcoming marriage, Ansky. Send us a picture of the ring so we can "Oooo" and "ah" over it! Ports Are Back On Track! After much discussion, and a vote by its members, w3neo has decided to bring the My Portfolio thread back online in the forums. Helpful or Hurtful? I know that most of our members are aware that one way to be upgraded is to be active and helpful on the boards. This encourages our members to come out of hiding, and be part of our active group. I love seeing new faces on the board! But lately people have been shying away? Why? Because some members aren't thinking before they type, and what some people say is discouraging and hurtful. That doesn't help anyone. If you want to help someone on the board, that's great! Just try to remember that you may have answered that question a billion times, but the person asking has never asked it before. Be polite when you answer. If you don't agree with someone else's answer, that's fine too. We all have our own ways of doing things, that's what makes Neopia so fascinating! However, there is no need to rip them apart about it. Simply say something like, "That is a neat way of doing it. I usually just do this..." This way you get your point across, but haven't slammed someone for their idea either. When you help someone on the board, try to be positive, kind, and thoughtful. Proofread your post before you post it, and if it sounds rude or condescending, erase it and try again. We are a family. We aren't just names on a computer screen. There is a person at the other end of that screen name and they do have feelings. Have fun on the boards, and keep it friendly!

Takin' Care of Business! After a long hiatus, the evil masterminds are once again entering the fray! All three of the terrible trio are busy plotting, planning, and picking at each other. Thankfully, our undercover plot reporter has been able to gleen some fascinating information for us so we can be prepared if they should threaten our glorious guild. After attempting to join Waddle's Revolutionaries, Team Turkey has made a surprising comeback! Not only is drew_trikey openly bragging about his take-over attempt, but he is also recruiting heavily. He is also already making plans for what to do after he succeeds! While on assignment, the undercover plot reporter was able to capture a statement from the terrible turkey, "I believe we should start by replacing the guild logo and other graphics with new ones that contain subliminal messages. This will help in controlling difficult members." This would be frightening news if it came from a true evil genius. Thankfully it is just coming from a Turkey. He is somehow gaining a following, however, and his list currently includes many "wannabe" baddies in the following order.
1. drew_trikey At least they weren't smart enough to keep their list a secret. In a last shocking development, Team Turkey has begun branding its members...on the face! Beware should you decide to join this team, as it will haunt you like a bad turkey dinner! We will keep you updated as this sad story progresses. Waddle has been far less stable over the last few weeks. We believe that a cog may have slipped in his rather industrious little mind with all of that College planning he has been doing. First, he is paranoid and building traps to protect himself, now he has completely gone bye-bye. In a rather telling quote captured by our brave undercover plot reporter, Waddle himself says, "If I think like her (Britney Spears).....then I can take over this guild..." This is by far the most disturbing quote we have come across in all our time reporting evil deeds! Will his followers be required to wear matching spandex belly-revealing suits? Will they dance for SBG members to torture them into submission? Only time, and a lot of rehearsals, will tell. The evil coconut pumpkynpuppy has decided that she no longer needs to recruit. To quote the Trump-esk evil creature, "I have found a loyal backing...now, participation in the coup will be extended by invitation only...and requirements will be rigorous." Looks like she has decided to be a little tougher on those looking to join her scheming. I'll bet those who joined earlier for the benefits are glad they didn't wait. Her evilness claims to have had a nice rest, and says things will start hopping soon. We shall have to see.
With all of this evil plotting, back stabbing, and in-fighting, we are
fairly sure that the guild is not in any true danger. To quote a very dear
friend of mine, "You still haven't a lick of true evil
on that list..."

On the 25th, she was able to take home a nice 76,608 nps for her efforts. Congrads Shar! expertcoder - Took home the jackpot from Scorchy Slots on the 25th for a grand total of 142,840! Well done Expert! paladin_mike - Another trophy for his wall! On the 26th, Mike was able to win the Runner-up medal at Round Table Poker! Nice profit Midnite! hillgurl32 - Although new, she listened to advice from fellow members, and welked away from Scorchy Slots on the 26th with 3 map pieces, 2 faeries, and 650 nps. Freelancers RETURNED TO GUILD! Although he did attempt to sneak back in, one of our beloved members has slipped from his lurking mode and returned to us...hopefully for a good long time this time. Once known as Random_Havoc, he is now going by the pseudo-name of doubletracer. A former council member, and purveyor of Quest Shop wares, he prefers his more mundane status right now. Thankfully, he is still the same old happy guy though. Here is a quote from him that sums up his return, "STAND NOTICE! The most evil lurker to ever stalk the shadows of the SBG hath returned, hide your valuables, your neopets, and lock your doors." Technically, he has been on permanent "lurk mode" since he disappeared, and has never truly left. His biggest secret? He loves to cook! In another revealing quote captured by the undercover plot reporter in the course of this person's duties, "*Chuckles* Guess I shouldn't be admitting that the evil dictator of the shadows knows how to bake.. Ah well, still have some batter left, might go pick up some strawberries and bananas today..." Of course, in his defense, he does say that he uses about the same technique for creating mild explosive compounds, so perhaps this talent has more than one facet. In any case, we are glad to have this outstanding member return to us. Welcome back doubletracer! HAUNTED COMPUTERS?! 3sska (aka Tri) has not been having a fun time with her computer lately? Why? It is apparently haunted! In a most terrifying confession from Tri she says, "...my comp is haunted, I believe it has a flock of crazy korbats inside. It starts to make noises and than it's blocked. I can do nothing with it. I have to remove the plug." *Shudder* We hope she chases those nasty Korbats out of her computer, and is able to get online more often. Perhaps a visit from an exorcist would help? Good luck Tri! TRUE CHAMPION! Tay has a terrible tendency to get into trouble...lots of
trouble. Thankfully Friday night her Knight in Shiny Armor appeared! Due to
his willingness to assist and defend Tay against her fearsome foes,

After doing some extensive research, he has compiled a list that is easy to follow, and realistic. CLOSE CALL! With all the scamming going on, is it surprising to find yet another member was attacked on Friday night? I would have to say, no. Due to a cookie grabber site, drew_trikey's battle account was in danger. Thankfully it was by the worlds dumbest thief. They got away with only 3 faeries, and put his non-battling pet up for adoption. They didn't touch the HP4000 helmet, or any of his more valuable stuff, didn't change the email, so Trikey was able to get his password back, and didn't touch his nps. All in all, it was a less costly lesson to learn. Please be careful when visiting sites outside of neopets or on the forums, and remember to change your password frequently! OUR RESILIENT RUFIOHO! In related news, Rufioho, whose account was mangled in the wave of account attacks a few weeks back, has had his original account frozen on top of the indignity of having his stocks, nps and security lost. It appears that the thief used his account for some of his "trades" while attacking the other accounts, and Neopets has frozen it and will not un-freeze it. This would force most players to just give up, but not our Rufioho! Rather than roll over and let this jerk chase him out, Rufioho has come back stronger than ever, and has a new account with a really cool new name. You can find this brave hero now listed as blakalicious on Neopets. He would like to still be known by us as Rufioho though. Should you see this tough skinned warrior, be sure to say hello. I am quite sure that he would be happy to know that we are all behind him in this difficult time. We are glad you stayed with us Rufioho, and know that you will be on top again soon! |
